Conditions of eligibility
- Natural person, Romanian citizen or EU resident
- Owner of the building where the system will be installed
- The building intended for housing, not commercial space
- No debts to the state budget
- You have not benefited from Casa Verde Photovoltaice in previous editions
Required documents
- Signed funding request
- Identity card
- Deeds of ownership or right of use 10+ years
- Tax certificate for the property (anaf.ro)
- Certificate of local fiscal attestation
- Self-responsibility declaration (AFM model)
- Last month's energy bill
Registration steps
1. You are waiting for the launch of the session (announced on afm.ro)
2. Choose one authorized installer from the AFM list (EcoSolaris is on the list)
3. The installer submits the file on your behalf on the AFM platform
4. Approved → the installer receives the voucher directly (you no longer have to pay and wait for reimbursement)
5. The system installs and connects to the network as a prosumer

- Photovoltaic panels 3-5 kWp
- On-grid or hybrid inverter
- Assembly structure + cables + accessories
- DC/AC panel + protections
- Professional installation
Batteries are NOT eligible in the Casa Verde program, but you can add them separately after installation.

Session launch likely in June-July 2026. Budget runs out quickly (sometimes within days), so preparing the dossier in advance is critical.
