PAYMENT METHOD
We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in RON (or any other agreed currency).

Please note that ECOSOLARIS SERVICES SRL does not receive credit card details; are securely processed by WooPayments.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will only be processed through the original Payment Method.

DELIVERY POLICY
Items in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Deliveries in Romania are expected to be completed within 3-5 working days from the date of payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays/holidays unless arranged in advance. Delivery fees in unserviceable areas in Romania depend on the final destination address, the actual fee determined by the courier companies we employ or chosen by the customer.
If the customer selects a courier to the checkout, shipments will be sent via Fan Courier or Cargus and a tracking number will be provided. ECOSOLARIS SERVICES SRL delivers to almost all countries globally, with rates based on delivery location and package volume. Local and international shipping charges are detailed on the checkout page. Customers also have the option to pick up their shipments from our office, ECOSOLARIS SERVICES SRL, without additional shipping costs. Shipping charges cover handling, packaging and postage.
Handling charges remain fixed, while shipping charges fluctuate based on the total weight of the shipment. It is recommended to consolidate the items in a single order to benefit from combined packaging. If orders are placed separately, packaging cannot be combined and shipping charges will apply to each order individually. Although there are inherent risks in shipping your package, we take special precautions to protect fragile items. Our boxes are generously sized, ensuring full protection for your items.
Shipping hazardous materials may incur additional handling charges. ECOSOLARIS SERVICES SRL will notify the customer of these additional charges and will not proceed with the shipment until a mutual agreement is reached on these costs.
ECOSOLARIS SERVICES SRL strictly adheres to Romanian law and refrains from engaging in any transactions or providing services or products to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
It is important to note that multiple shipments or deliveries may result in multiple entries on the cardholder's monthly statement.
