Photovoltaic system Micro-grid 20 kWp
Top technology for energy efficiency and independence
A micro-grid photovoltaic system is a strategic choice for anyone who wants to combine energy efficiency with sustainability. More than an alternative source of electricity, this is an essential step towards energy independence. In this article we present a complex and high-performance 20 kWp project built with state-of-the-art technology and high-quality equipment: Bauer 450 W panels, Victron Quattro 10000 inverters, Fronius Symo 20.0-3-M inverter, Cerbo GX, Lynx Distributor, 45 kWh batteries and K2 Systems S-Dome mounting system.
Micro-grid architecture: autonomy and intelligent control
The system is designed as an autonomous local energy network, capable of operating both independently and in parallel with the national grid. It is the ideal solution for isolated locations, companies with critical infrastructure or commercial premises that require continuous power.
Users benefit from outage protection, consumption optimization and the ability to monitor and control the entire system in real time. The micro-grid offers scalability, flexibility and adaptability for the future.
Synergy of high performance components
Each element contributes to the harmonious functioning of the whole assembly:
Bauer 450 W panels – With top efficiency and half-cut technology, they convert sunlight into energy with high yields, even in low irradiance conditions.
3 x Victron Energy Quattro 10000 – These inverters handle DC-AC conversion, multi-source integration and UPS function. Their flexibility and reliability are critical in off-grid operation.
Fronius Symo 20.0-3-M – Ensures efficient power injection into the network and provides advanced analysis and communication functions.
45 kWh LiFePO4 batteries – With high capacity and extended life, these batteries provide a reliable and safe power backup.
Cerbo GX and Lynx Distributor/Power In – Ensures intelligent management of energy flows, monitoring and connectivity.
DC 4 string protection board – Includes vital protections for operational safety and durability.
The structure K2 Systems S-Dome – Optimized installation solution for flat roofs, with increased weather resistance.
Integration and operation: from the sun to the outlet
Solar energy captured by Bauer panels is directed to Fronius and Victron inverters for conversion and distribution. Surplus is stored in batteries or injected into the grid, and Cerbo GX manages all these flows dynamically, providing detailed performance and consumption data.
The system can adapt in real time to environmental conditions and consumer requirements, optimizing the use of available resources. Automations in the array take over when protection or prioritization of certain sources is required.
Practical uses and extensive applications
This system is suitable for:
Logistics centers, agricultural farms and industrial halls;
Off-grid guesthouses and isolated tourist facilities;
Large residences or eco-friendly residential neighborhoods;
Demonstration projects and research laboratories in the field of renewable energy.
Real competitive advantages
Autonomy and control – You can decide which energy source you use and when;
Total reliability [#$$#]– Integrated UPS, complete protections and sufficient storage;
Intuitive monitoring – Cerbo GX and Victron apps provide remote control;
Sustainability – Reducing environmental impact and carbon footprint.
Investment in a secure energy future
A 20 kWp micro-grid photovoltaic system is more than a technical installation – it is a decisive step towards independence, efficiency and sustainability. Whether it's cost reduction, energy security or the transition to clean sources, this project offers all the necessary tools for a responsible future.
