❌ 1. Old land deed

The CF statement must be issued in the last 30 days. Many file with CF from 6 months ago → rejected. Solution: get new CF online from ANCPI (5 RON, 24h).

❌ 2. Tax debts

Even if you have very small debts (50-100 RON), AFM automatically rejects. Solution: Check ANAF online beforehand and pay any arrears. Mandatory "debt-free" fiscal certificate.

❌ 3. Lack of co-owner agreement

If the building has several owners (eg: shared with the wife or husband), everyone must sign the agreement. Many forget the wife → rejected.

❌ 4. Unauthorized construction

If the house does not have a building permit or certificate of existence, you cannot apply. Solution: check the status at the town hall, obtain any missing documents.

❌ 5. Undersized or oversized system

AFM only accepts systems 3-6 kWp. Below 3 or above 6 → rejected. Solution: EcoSolaris sizes correctly for your consumption.

❌ 6. Unauthorized installer

If you choose an installer which is not in the AFM list, your file doesn't pass — even if the rest of your paperwork is perfect. Solution: check the official AFM list before signing anything.

❌ 7. Previous beneficiary at the same address

If you or a former owner has already received Casa Verde at same address, your file is rejected. Solution: if you bought a house, check the AFM history.

❌ 8. Filing too late

Casa Verde funds run out in a few hours from the opening of the session. If you deposit after 1 day, it's too late. Solution: EcoSolaris pre-registration, automatic deposit in the first minute.

❌ 9. Inconsistent data between documents

If your name on the CI does not correspond exactly to the one in the land register (eg: "Ioan" vs "Ion"), the AFM rejects it. Solution: sync data to OCPI forward.

❌ 10. Unclear or incomplete documents

Illegible PDFs, missing signatures, partially scanned. Solution: scan at 300 DPI, all pages, visible signatures. EcoSolaris checks everything before submission.
