You are eligible for Photovoltaic Green House 2026? Here are the full updated conditions for the 2026 session of the AFM program, which we check daily. If you check all these criteria, EcoSolaris Romania prepares your file for free and registers you with priority.
Who can apply?
- ✅ Natural persons Romanian citizens or with right of residence
- ✅ Owners of the building where the system is installed (with valid title deed)
- ✅ Co-owners — all co-owners must agree in writing
- ✅ Beneficiaries of usufruct with written consent of the owner
Who CANNOT apply?
- ❌ Legal entities (companies, SRL, SA) — for companies there is Electric Up
- ❌ Beneficiaries of a previous Casa Verde voucher (2020-2024) at same address
- ❌ Persons with debts to the state budget (automatically verified by the AFM)
- ❌ Those who do not have a property deed or live in rent without the owner's consent
Which properties are eligible?
- ✅ Residential houses (permanent or secondary residence)
- ✅ Apartments in the yard with dedicated roof
- ✅ Real estate with a valid land title (CF updated)
- ✅ Authorized constructions (with building permit or certificate of existence)
- ❌ Unauthorized constructions or in progress
- ❌ Block apartments (common roof = common good, not possible)
