Products that:
- Has physical defects such as dents, cracks, chips, burnt or chipped components/parts.
- They have damaged, removed or altered warranty labels or seals.
- They have been used under inappropriate conditions, including improper supply voltages, improper handling, exposure to wide variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, humid conditions, dust, noxious or chemical substances, and password-protected software.
- They were subjected to incorrect settings and installations.
- Shows faulty sources such as broken capacitors.
- It shows the penetration of liquids, metals or other substances inside the equipment.
- They have undergone mechanical or plastic interventions.
- They were connected or disconnected during the operation of the equipment.
- It shows bad BIOS rewrites or passworded BIOS.
- They have been installed or used with non-original programs or drivers or by unauthorized persons.
- They are inverters, batteries, LiFePo4 accumulators or controllers without a commissioning certificate issued by an authorized installer or approved by the manufacturer.
If the products sent under warranty are functional and the claim is not justified, the claimant will pay the round-trip shipping charges. Service operations performed during the warranty period will be noted on a separate document (entry/exit note) and must be kept together with the existing warranty certificate. The warranty period is extended by the time the products have been in service. Products not picked up from the service facility within 60 days of completion of operations will be declared abandoned and handed over to collection centers.
Return and refund conditions
Return requests must be notified on our website to the Customer Support Department within 48 hours of receiving the product. In all cases, except for defects within the warranty period, the products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in the original packaging and accompanied by all original accessories and documents. Damage to products or placing them in a condition that makes resale impossible may incur costs of bringing them into conformity/initial condition of up to 100% of the product value. You can request the return of products in the following cases:
- The delivered product does not match the specifications on the website: You can request its return for replacement or a full refund (if the product is no longer available).
- Non-functional product within the first 48 hours (2 working days) of receipt: If the purchased product was delivered non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, following written notification within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Product with damaged package: For products whose parcels show visible damage when received by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them. For evidence, the package can be photographed and a report can be drawn up together with the representative of the courier company in which the state of the package at the time of delivery is mentioned. The risk of loss or damage to the products is fully transferred to you when you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent claim will not be considered. If a carrier designated by the consumer is used, the risk is transferred at the time of delivery of the products to the carrier.

If the return conditions are met, the refund is made to the account from which the payment was made.
