🔋 Job description:

• Coordinating and supervising the team of electricians and installers in the installation of photovoltaic systems, including residential, commercial and industrial systems.
• Effective planning and organization of installation activities, meeting deadlines, project budget and quality standards.
• Checking and ensuring the compliance of installations with the norms and regulations in force (eg: ANRE norms, safety standards).
• Optimal management of materials, equipment and resources required for the installation of photovoltaic systems.
• Training and mentoring team members, promoting continuous professional development.
• Effective collaboration with customers, providing technical support and solving any problems.
• Clear and concise communication with internal departments (ex: design, sales, logistics).
• Regular reporting on project progress and team performance.
• Identifying and implementing solutions to optimize installation processes.
• Promoting a safe and efficient working environment, respecting occupational health and safety regulations.

🎯 The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating technical teams in the field of renewable energy or electrical installations.
• Thorough knowledge in the field of electrical installations, photovoltaic systems (including types of panels, inverters, mounting systems) and specific regulations.
• Qualification in electrical installations (ANRE authorization for COR Code 311306).
• Effective leadership and communication skills, both with the team and with clients.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in complex situations.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Organizational, planning and resource management skills.
• Knowledge of PC operation (ex: Microsoft Office, domain specific software).
• Driving license category B.
