12V 24V BlueSolar MPPT solar charge controller
BlueSolar MPPT is an advanced solar charge controller from Victron Energy, designed to maximize the efficiency of photovoltaic systems and maintain battery health. Using the ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking technology, this regulator optimizes the capture of energy from the solar panels, ensuring that every amount of available energy is used to charge the batteries, even in variable light conditions.
It constantly monitors the voltage and current of the photovoltaic panels, efficiently extracting and storing the available energy. This technology is particularly useful when the sky is partly cloudy and the light intensity fluctuates.
The regulator allows remote monitoring and control by connecting a Bluetooth dongle and using the VictronConnect application on a smartphone or other device. If the installation is connected to the Internet through a GX device, the Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal offers full access to MPPT functions, from anywhere and at any time. VictronConnect and VRM are free. For remote installations, even without an Internet connection, the MPPT can be monitored by connecting the GlobalLink 520.
The intelligent output function for the load prevents damage to the batteries by disconnecting the load when the battery reaches a critical voltage. This charge regulator tries daily to fully recharge the battery, and if it fails due to bad weather, it increases the disconnection voltage daily until it succeeds. This feature, called BatteryLife, contributes to maintaining the health and prolonging the life of the batteries.
