Module temperature sensor – Fronius
The module temperature sensor is an essential device for the integration of sensors in photovoltaic systems. It allows the recording of additional measured values, such as solar radiation and ambient temperature. The sensor is usually used to measure the temperature of surfaces. Module temperatures can be measured by attaching the sensor to the back of the solar module. Monitoring the temperature of a solar module plays a crucial role in determining its efficiency. This allows making precise estimates on the yield curve of the module.
